By-Law #18-01: A By-Law to Regulate Vehicular Traffic in the Town of Saint Andrews

The Council of the Town of Saint Andrews, in compliance with Section 15(3) of the Local Governance Act of the Province of New Brunswick, is considering the proposed By-Law #18-01, A By-Law to Regulate Vehicular Traffic in the Town of Saint Andrews.

The Town is seeking to allow additional accessible parking spaces, and to provide legislative updates to reference the new Local Governance Act and to correct administrative errors.  In so doing, the previous By-Law 94-2, Being a By-Law to Regulate Vehicular Traffic in the Town of Saint Andrews, will be repealed.

Anyone wishing to examine the draft By-Law may do so during regular business hours, Monday to Friday, 8:30 a.m. – 4:30 p.m., in the office of the Clerk of the Town of Saint Andrews at Town Hall, 212 Water Street or on the Town website at www.townofsaintandrews.ca or by requesting a digital copy at town@townofstandrews.ca.  Council will hear objections to the By-Law at 6:30 p.m. on November 5th, 2018 at the W.C. O’Neill Arena (VIC).
