Paddlefest

May 17 All day

Paddlefest is a Music and Nature Festival held in St. Andrews, New Brunswick every May. It combines music & art, recreational activities and environmental events for a full weekend of fun for music lovers and adventure seekers alike.

Over the May long weekend, the quiet seaside town of St. Andrews comes alive for the season and transforms into a unique musical landscape, centered around a diverse lineup at the Paddlefest Main Stage as well as programming at parntering venues and businesses.

While a humble little festival in a small seaside town, Paddlefest has been fortunate enough to host of wide range of talent from across the country including:

Joel Plaskett, Matt Andersen, The Barr Brothers, Ron Hynes, David Myles, Rose Cousins, Plants and Animals, William Prince, The Strumbellas, Guy Davis, Hannah Georgas, Daniel Romano’s Outfit, Ria Mae, The Sadies, Land of Talk, Old Man Luedecke, Jenn Grant, The Deep Dark Woods, Catherine MacLellan, Cat Clyde, Elliott Brood, Paper Lions, Hot Toddy, Mo Kenney, Amelia Curran, Aidan Knight, Les Hay Babies, Terra Lightfoot, TUNS, Whitney Rose, Grand Theft Bus, Cécile Doo-Kingué, Les Hôtesses d’Hilaire, Isaac & Blewett and many more!

In addition to music, Paddlefest annually partners with local companies and organizations to offer a number of outdoor activities and environmental events throughout the 4 day festival. Environmental presentations, a 19km trail run along the ocean floor, an annual artist market, beach clean ups, kids events and more make up the jam-packed schedule each year!

What started as a small community event over 25 year ago has grown into a multifaceted, award-winning festival that continues to grow each year while maintaining the community-driven, grassroots spirit that it started with.
