Join us for our 5th annual Sparkle by-the-Sea celebration November 29th to December 1st. Participating businesses are open until 8:00 pm Friday, Saturday and Sunday 11:00 am to 5:00 pm. The merchants of Saint Andrews present an evening of shopping with special promotions, snacking, specials, and sights. Watch live chainsaw wood carving!
