Supported Yoga is a gentle and adaptable form of yoga designed specifically for older adults. It focuses on improving flexibility, balance, strength, and overall well-being through a series of low-impact poses and breathing exercises. Recognizing the varying levels of mobility and fitness among seniors, the practice can be modified to suit individual needs, with options to perform poses seated in a chair, standing, or on the floor.
