The Town of Saint Andrews is hosting a Public Hearing of Objections to 258 Montague Street to rezone from Service Residential to Tourist Commercial for the operation of a Tea Room. 258 Montague Street had a Temporary Use Permit for one year to test a Tea Room concept. In order to operate as a full Tea Room, the property must be rezoned and changed on the Generalized Future Land Use Map for the Municipal Plan to move from Residential to Commercial Designation.
