Swift Kick Athletics is a FREE drop-in youth fitness program designed to support SJDA athletic programs and community wellness. Collaborating with coaches and community members, this program will target agility, balance, strength training, endurance and specific sport skills through interval circuits and various activities designed for individuals’ needs. The skills portion of the program will rotate throughout the year, based on the volleyball, soccer, cross country, and basketball seasons.
No long term commitments; this is an opportunity for extra training in your sport of choice during on/off seasons. Focus on general fitness/wellbeing, volleyball, road races, soccer, and basketball.
No Registration Fee (Free Program)
Space is limited; looking for 16 participants to start, but this number can be adjusted as the program develops.
