The Council of the Town of Saint Andrews intends to hold a Public Hearing of Objections as per Section 111 of the Community Planning Act, on proposed Amendment MP20-07 to the Town of Saint Andrews Municipal Plan MP20-01, Henry Hansen, PID 01325505, Rose Lane, to remove the portion of the Residential Growth Area designation as shown on the Generalized Future Land Use Map for a 1 lot subdivision. Note this Amendment has proceeded to the FIrst Readings process. Council wishes to gain feedback from the public prior to deliberating on the Amendment.
