Booking Policy

1. First go to this website (click ActiveNet) and select “Create an Account” so you or your organization can be added to our system as a customer. You will then follow the steps to create an account. If you already have an account please select “Sign In/Up”.
2. With an online account, you can submit a rental request by selecting “Reservations”. 
3. You will then select the appropriate facility and following the booking process. 
4. Once the request has been approved, a permit will be emailed to you.

With regards to payment, you can pay online, in person at the Saint Andrews Town Hall, over the phone (506) 529-5120, or you can pay via e-transfer to payments@townofstandrews.ca. If you send an e-transfer please include your name, rental facility, and date of rental in the message.
