Welcome to the Town of Saint Andrews, nestled along Passamaquoddy Bay in southern New Brunswick.
Founded by United Empire Loyalists fleeing the American Revolution, many of the Town’s buildings still reflect that history – as you will see during a casual stroll along Water Street.
In fact, historic Water Street was awarded the “Great Place in Canada” distinction by the Canadian Institute of Planners, and USA Today named Saint Andrews the best place to visit in Canada.
While visiting our home, treat yourself at one of our many eateries that feature award-winning chefs, and dine overlooking breathtaking views of the harbour.
If adventure is more your taste, sign up for one of our whale watching cruises located at the wharf, or go visit the Fundy Discovery Aquarium to get a close up view of local marine wildlife.

For other recreation, the Town has an award-winning golf course, paved walking trails, tennis courts and several parks where you can walk your dog, have a picnic or pull up a chair and read a book.
A visit is not complete without a visit to Kingsbrae Garden, voted one of the best public gardens in Canada.
Be sure to check our event calendar as we have many festivals throughout the year including, PaddleFest, Canada Day, Artist-by-the-Sea and Indulge Food Festival.
But please be warned, many who come as tourists for the area’s beauty, end-up moving here for our charm!
